If the parcel gets lost halfway, what should I do?

If I don't receive what I ordered, what should I do?
First, you need to check the tracking number on the parcel, compare it to the tracking number on our website and see whether they are the same.
If they are the same please take photos of the tracking label and the products you received. We will offer you solutions in 24 hours.
How fast is the shipping time?
Once the payment is confirmed, we will process your order in our warehouse for 3-5 days, then we will ship which would take additional 10-15 more business days to get delivered to your door.
